Best Free Agents For Vanarama National League And North/South

Denilson Carvalho

Arsenal saw talent in Carvalho, Watford did. And so did Huddersfield. Despite not making it at any of those clubs, there is clearly something in the Brazilian. Carvalho was a free agent on Football Manager 20, and he still hasn’t been snapped up. He’s the ideal advanced playmaker at National League level, with really well rounded stats.

Joe Lynch

If you’re looking for a hard working, determined, scrappy centre midfielder, Joe Lynch is your man. The former Crewe player makes for a very energetic box-to-box midfielder at National League and North/South level.

James Aspinall

If you’re looking for a goalkeeper, look no further than James Aspinall. Formerly of Wigan, Bolton and Fylde, Aspinall is a guaranteed solid shot-stopper for years to come.

Colin Odutayo

Flair. Quality. Technique. Pace. At 19-years-old, Colin Odutayo is one of the best free agents you can sign at Vanarama National League level. He is even willing to drop down to North/South level. Build your team around him.

Nathan Baxter

Baxter joined Everton from Vitesse for an undisclosed fee, and now he’s without a club. A solid centre back, who is probably more suited to North/South League football for the first season.

Maziar Kouhyar

The Afghani Messi, Maziar Kouhyar. The best free agent you can sign at Vanarama National or North/South level. Kouhyar has it all and can play on the right or the left. Despite only being 22-years-old, Kouhyar has League football experience, making 15 appearances for Walsall in League One. It’s a miracle he’s willing to drop down to the National League, but he’s willing to, and he’ll set it alight.
